Become a Member

To become a member :

Is open to any individual who is 18 years or older who owns real estate or resides within the boundaries of the Bear Mountain Community.
Annual Membership fee is $20.00 beginning January 1 of each year.

As a member you are entitled to:

Become a voting member at the Annual General Meeting.
Express interest in vacant Director positions.

Membership funds help cover ongoing costs associated with operating the community association such as insurance, filings with the BC Registry, website maintenance, communications, special signage, and associated costs to hold the Annual General Meeting.
