As a member you are entitled to:

Become a voting member at the Annual General Meeting.
Express interest in vacant Director positions that are advertised.

Membership funds help cover ongoing costs associated with operating the community association such as insurance, registration, website maintenance, communications, special signage, and our Annual General Meeting.

The membership period runs from January 1 – December 31 and the current fee is $20 per individual membership.
